This year's April fools was a massive success! The idea wasn't mine (I copied an idea for a meatloaf cake I saw online) but I managed to make it somewhat presentable and fun.
I told the boys we were having cake for lunch because it was April's birthday. Then we sang "Happy birthday April" and the boys discovered their "cake" was actually a burger with green beans and mashed potatoes. They thought it was hilarious.
