With Grandpapa leaving for three years to be the temple president of the new Paris temple, Joshua lost his personal ski trainer. :(
There was no way I could have taken that role, so I decided to sign him up with our local association. At the time, the ski activity was organized by our municipality (who reserved a bus and purchased group tickets) and coached by volunteer parents who took turns training their children and others every Saturday.

They skied in Chamrousse most of the time because it's the closest, but they also went to Valmorel and Courchevel in Savoie once.
Because he loved it and was doing so well, he also took lessons with a regular ski instructor during the winter school break so he could earn his second star (medal).
